Revaluating and Reconstrcution —June 4, 2019

I dismantled this deck a while back to create the current version of deck:28-05-19-death-by-1000-cuts. I wanted to go back to it, but I couldn't decide on what to do. I figured Aggro was the best direction to go so I took my existing list and did some editing through Arena to test its capabilities and so far it has been fairly consistent.

I've tried to address problems with Mono-Black, since it doesn't seem to be competitive against the other Mono-color builds in the format. Hopefully this can be closer than I've been before against some of the meta.
