First Weekend of Standard Update —April 13, 2016
In the mainboard: * -2 Confront the Unknown (it hasn't been doing much) * -1 Compelling Deterrence (I like this, but Radiant Flames is more important) * -2 Pia and Kiran Nalaar (they're good, but I think we want to go in a different direction for now) * +1 Westvale Abbey (we need 26 lands and this is a good alternative win condition) * +4 Radiant Flames (while this kills a lot of our board, it is needed to combat the white human and Collected Company decks)
In the sideboard: * -4 Radiant Flames * +2 Pia and Kiran Nalaar * +1 Roast * +1 Confirm Suspicions
I should add: Clutch of Currents was chosen because on turn three it lets us play a two drop and bounce a creature/mana dork in the aggro and ramp matchups, while also being relevant against Westvale Abbey. Granted, it is sorcery speed, but we should often have a Thopter that can chump block the initial attack. This is why I chose it over other bounce spells that cost two mana.

That is precisely the problem. Pia and Kiran require double red which is a bit much in a base UG deck. That said, including the card as a two of in place of Sarkhan could be justified if we consider it a turn six through seven play.
