Chandra, Torch of Defiance is a new addition to fill out the 4 drop slot and can serve as another way to add mana and card advantage. Deadly Dispute and Dragon Tempest will both get reduced to 3 ofs for now to make way for Chandra. There also is kind of an overabundance of card draw in the main board from 4 Disputes and 2 Seasoned Pyromancer's, so that is also a contributing factor.
