My "Budget" Modern Decks. classified as Modern purely for card legality purposes. as stated in my bio i only play casually with friends "kitchen jank" style. So while these may lack the budget or punch to compete in actual Modern tournament situations, they perform well as my "heavy hitters" in my social circle.
