Budget Red Firebending ~ $20

I think it works really well, especially in tandem with Firebending Student. If you wanted to run it, I would probably take out the Solstice Revelations and one Zuko, Exiled Prince. If I did that, then I would also take out the Fire Sages for the Firebending Student as well.
