I'd like to see another card which needs a specific attribute of a set to be playable in limited, like this set would need to have those tribes as major tribes to be even remotely draftable.
Aim for the Head and Thraben Exorcism are kinda like that, but too weak, and Rending Flame & Purifying Dragon would be good even without a spirits tribal deck. I think Ominous Roost's tokens only blocking flyers works well in a set with a heavy flying themed deck.
