Hi - I love taking precons and improving on them. It's a fun way to start with something ready-made and then see how it plays and how you want to improve it. That said, you state your theme is blood tokens, and I think you can remove a number of cards that don't really feed into that theme, and include more to support the tokens. You cannot rely on always being able to generate damage with Strefan, Maurer Progenitor nor can you rely on him always being on the battlefield.

I would consider adding cards such as:

• Belligerent Guest
• Bloodcrazed Socialite
• Bloodtithe Harvester
• Ceremonial Knife - you get more tokens just for dealing damage at all not only to a player
• Falkenrath Celebrants
• Gluttonous Guest - you get life each time you sac a blood token, too
• Sanguine Statuette - you get one token, and a bonus for sac'ing others.
• Vampire's Kiss - cheap at 2 mana for 2 damage, 2 life, and 2 tokens.

Just some ideas to make the most of the tokens but also ensure a more steady supply.
