When CARDNAME enters the battlefield, exile up to one target creature card from a graveyard. If a card is put into exile this way, look at the top three cards of your library, then put one of those cards into your hand and the rest into your graveyard.

SefTheReject vampires were already Pioneer's second best tribal deck before Crimson Vow, now there are like 3 different builds I've seen top online events. The monoblack build started splashing white for Edgar and some people started running red and blue as splash colors because of Xander and Olivia, but there's an Evelyn build that runs Fable of Kiki Jiki or whatever and is much more control-ish.
Oh and Bloodtithe Harvester is incredible. Honestly, best 2 mana vamp since Cordial and Adanto Vanguard. Corpse Appraiser is very interesting on paper too. You know a vampire is good when non-tribal decks run it. Like half of the creatures used in Rakdos Aggro are vampires now and Kalitas is statistically the best creature in the format.
