Can you interrupt the ability of Feldon of the Third Path with a graveyard removal ( for example with Nihil Spellbomb ) ?

That's it.

Yes, absolutely. "target creature card" means they have to declare what creature card they're going to use for the ability and that creature card has to be there when the ability resolves, so any instant-speed graveyard removal can make the ability fizzle.

Since it's a targeted ability, you can even just use something like Crook of Condemnation to exile just the card they targeted and still successfully interrupt the ability.

Okay, thanks a lot. My friends and I were playing a game and we were confused if it was more of a "select a creature in the graveyard" (as an activation cost) or a "the card has to be there for the ability to resolve".

Yeah, the word "target" means something very specific in Magic. When a spell has a target, you have to be able to choose a valid target to cast it. You can't change the target if people respond, and if that target becomes invalid for any reason (hexproof, moved to another zone, changed from an artifact to a creature, etc) the spell or ability can no longer affect it. If all of a spell or ability's targets are invalid when it resolves, it just gets countered and doesn't resolve. This applies anywhere you see "target" in a spell or ability.
