That's a great design. It's powerful if you can manage to max its ability, but doing that needs quite a bit of work.
One thing regarding the wording: When talking about creatures in the grave, it is usually worded as "creature cards".

Oh right, for those who don't know, this is a D&D creature you can encounter by the same name.
They are actually passive beings who roam battlefields collecting corpses to take back to their plane of existence. As long as you leave them alone, they will leave you alone. However, having said that, they can and will mistake your PC for a corpse because they can not distinguish between the dying and the living.
A person crawling away as they bleed out is all the same to them as a healthy person walking down the road. The only difference is, the dying man is easier to get to first.
