Since Sivitri, Dragon Master didn't receive a Precon, I am making one for her. Given that her +1 is a prison effect, I am going for a light prison thene on top of Dragon tribal, since her ultimate is just a Crux of Fate. Being a Precon, the cash value is going to be budget at around $100.

Because the deck is actual MTG cards, we won't have unique cards that Precons are often printed with. To supplement this, some rather pricy cards are in their place. This puts the price tag between $95 and $135 depending on where you buy it from.

It's by no means a powerful deck, and as with many Dimir decks it struggles with ramp. However, with a board of flyers and Prisons, it'll be difficult for multiple opponents to keep up, assuming they too use precons.
