I wished there were more red and black token options. I understand about the mana cost concerns of Pyromancy. Grafted Skullcap seems like a good addition. I would certainly run it. There are other discard for damage options in red as well. They may be worth taking a look at.

The problem is there are so few black AND red tokens. That's ultimately what pulled me towards Hellbent. Oddly enough she works really well with the strategy.
Land's Edge interesting suggestion. Get some value out of the lands before dumping the hand. If I do slot this in I'll go with the slight upgrade in Seismic Assault
Pyromancer's Swath wow... Fail on my part in initial deck design. This card is bent towards hell.
The Flame of Keld this is like Swath #2
Pyromancy I like your thinking here but this deck is not high CMC. I don't think the value is there.

I have never used Lyzolda, the Blood Witch before. A token strategy would be good to use with her. Hellbent is a good idea also. Have you considered using Land's Edge Pyromancer's Swath or Pyromancy in this deck? The Flame of Keld might also be a decent card here.

I'll let that suggestion go, then. Maybe it's just my style, but I don't like that sort of linearity without redundancy, and the backup plan seems to be getting lucky with Pyromancy or spending time building up to a useful Blasphemous Act. So, personally, if I was modifying this deck, I would give it a trial run, at least. Probably just me.

The first thing I would recommend is finding a way to copy your namesake card the turn it's cast. Copies aren't cast, so both will resolve! It's pretty expensive, so having onboard ways are the best. Primal Amulet Flip is probably the best. If you utilize spell based ramp and tutors, you should be able to flip it. Swarm Intelligence , The Mirari Conjecture could also work.
Since you're not planning on using your hand or lands into the late game, you might as well have onboard tricks that use those resources.
To use your hand, you could play Rix Maadi, Dungeon Palace , Words of Waste , Null Brooch , Restore Balance , Jolrael, Empress of Beasts , Mageta the Lion , Stronghold Machinist , Stronghold Biologist , Greel, Mind Raker , Alexi, Zephyr Mage , Notorious Assassin , Knollspine Invocation , Pyromancy , and Magus of the Balance .
To wreck everyone else's hand Mindslicer , Bottomless Pit , Creeping Dread , Necrogen Mists , and Oppression work.
To destroy lands, you could use Desolation , Destructive Flow , and Mana Vortex .

Thanks ClockworkSwordfish, that's a good suggestion. I took out Wound Reflection, and put in Pyromancy. I appreciate it.

You sure you have enough ways to damage your opponent so that you may play Rakdos? Most things here are five or more mana...
Looking at your mana curve, though, I think this deck might make good use of Pyromancy! If all of the cards in your hand are too big to play, it can still score 10 or more damage for 3 mana. And hey, if Rakdos is out, that can pretty much guarantee you can play everyone else in your hand.
