So the point of this deck is to just beat down the opponent or poison them out. I decided to try and make this a green deck that does green deck things, but in blue! The Eldrazi do Eldrazi things and the Infect/toxic/counter manipulators do counter things. Also heavy artifact and colorless theme.

After some group play testing, I have decided to bring in one of Blue’s best traits. @%$& your infinite combos. I haven’t looked for this combo but I haven’t seen anyone run this set of combos to basically deny the game.

Karn, the Great Creator+Mycosynth Lattice for mana denial? Makes all the lands artifacts and stops artifacts from being activated.

Then, to shut down the turns:

Unwinding Clock+Elite Arcanist+Time Stop+Mycosynth Lattice

Elite is to chain cast Time Stop during each untap step, which everything sets you up for doing so and making sure you have the mana each turn as your lands are now artifacts and untapping every untap step. Every Blue players dream.

Then once the infinite idiots are gone, you simply deplete Karn’s loyalty and unlock everyone’s mana. Then use eldrazi to beat face. If someone’s hiding behind mounds of life, poison them. Deck was supposed to be a beat-em up deck but some CEDH players keep trying to be a nuisance in casual. I’d like to speed up getting these combos but I don’t want to edge too much into CEDH. I don’t like the Modern players that jumped formats price hiking what was supposed to be a format for weird and unusual combos.

Any hints on what I can do to get those out for infinite folks is appreciated but I want to also be able to play this casually while ignoring the locks.
