You have two options: have friends or play Narset as your commander. Choose one.

Narset, Enlightened Master

The main focus is to put Narset into play in turn 3 with haste.

I seen many "infinity turn" deck, so I decided to create a different one. Lockdown + Ramp is one of my favourite combination. Let's check it!

Lockdown

If you are expecting counterspells you should choose The Hard Way™. Lockdown the field before play Narset.

Slowdown your enemies with Stasis, Static Orb, Winter Orb and my favourite one Rising Waters. Overburden doesn't allow to play creatures.

Slowing down enemies' creature with Ashling's Prerogative also could work, especially with Smoke. If smoke is not available you can use Collective Restraint and Propaganda too. Don't forget, they have no mana!

Use Sword of Feast and Famine to untap your lands and pay for stasis!

Ramp

There are 17+ cards in this deck to bring Narset into the battlefield asap.

The highest tier ramp cards gives 2 turn boost. Basalt Monolith, Coalition Relic, Generator Servant, Mana Vault, Sol Ring, Urza's Incubator and Worn Powerstone.

The lowest tier ramp cards are able to save you at least 1 turn. Ancient Tomb, Azorius Signet, Commander's Sphere, Crystal Vein, Darksteel Ingot, Expedition Map, Fellwar Stone, Lotus Petal, Mind Stone and Talisman of Progress.

You should combinate them. A great hand contains 2-3 lands, 2 low tier ramp and a high tier ramp cards + 1 haste.

Haste

6 cards support free haste ability. Generator Servant, Hall of the Bandit Lord, Need for Speed, Ashling's Prerogative, Fervor and Lightning Greaves. All of them costs when Narset comes into play.

Triggers

I prefer additional combat phase instead of (infinity) extra turn. World at War, Waves of Aggression, 2x Seize the Day, Relentless Assault, Fury of the Horde and Savage Beating. Btw, you can use the double strike too to kill opponents.

To trigger another Narset ability I usually Mind's Desire after the 2nd/3rd attack or after the 6th-8th spell. Extra trigger comes from Strionic Resonator.

Synergy

There are 3 extreme good card for this deck.

Protection

Protect Narset against mass removal spells with Totem Armors and Gift of Immortality.

If you have Kher Keep or Mishra's Factory you will keep Narset on the battlefield after Diabolic Edict or Chainer's Edict was happened. Gift of Immortality works too.

Use Auras to get more life, became unblockable and indestructible:

One of the best combo is the Sunforger + . You can protect yourself with Counterflux, Render Silent, Silence or Path to Exile.

Without Sunforger you can clear the board with Cyclonic Rift too.

Wincons

Play Obliterate with an undying Narset. So much fun!

Get Enter the Infinite and play Omniscience. Don't question the rest.

Loose your entirely library (use the trigger) then play Beacon of Tomorrows. Again. Repeat.

There are an old fashioned way too: kill them with the boss!

Cards from the Maybeboard

If you needed some land destruction Ruination would do it. It also could work with Sunforger.

Cavern of Souls is a good and expensive way to protect yourself against counterspells.

Time Spiral so much synergy! Untap lands with trigger? I want that! Treachery also could work. Just like Rewind.

I would like to try once True Conviction.
