This is a Muldrotha build that I have been working on. The base deck was from the Commander's Quarters which I have been modifying with my own collection and scryfall binges. Strategy is ramp hard, self mill, but try to stay under the radar and deter attacks with soft locks. Force sacrificing and remove threats. Once the board is stable, use your own and your opponents graveyards to your advantage or grind the game to a halt with Possessed Portal.

Maybeboard are cards that would go well in the deck, or already were in the deck, but not necessarily budget.
