Sandsteppe Mastodon
Creature — Elephant
Reach
When Sandsteppe Mastodon enters the battlefield, bolster 5. (Choose a creature you control and put five +1/+1 counters on it.)

Gladehart Cavalry and Sandsteppe Mastodon don't seem to be doing a lot for you. In low budget games grind is the name of the game and you're severely lacking in draw power. Even something simple like Lead the Stampede can push you ahead in the game. Camaraderie is likely 10x better than either Biogenic Upgrade or Incremental Growth.
Other options include Duskwatch Recruiter Flip, Vivien's Grizzly. Mana outlets like this help you pull ahead when everyone else has either dumped their hands.
Evolutionary Escalation can also easily replace any or your more synergy based +1/+1 counter generators and your commander has a super secret mode of stealing the counters from the opponent's creature.
Evolving Wilds and Terramorphic Expanse are also suspiciously missing.

Cards that I would cut:
Regeneration , Executioner's Hood , Natural End , Bladed Pinions , Revive , Nature's Spiral , Staff of the Wild Magus , Crashing Footfalls awesome if you can cheat the suspend on it, not worth it otherwise, Prodigious Growth , Feasting Troll King and Trail of Crumbs you lack enough of a food theme to run these well enough to include, Moldgraf Monstrosity the random return makes this lackluster, Jaddi Lifestrider , Soul of Zendikar the activation is kind of expensive, Tuinvale Treefolk doesn't do enough to warrant inclusion, Canopy Cover and Web auras not the best here, I'd cut one of Planewide Celebration or Once and Future , and finally, Sandsteppe Mastodon
If you own one, I'd sub out Wall of Blossoms for Elvish Visionary for the synergy with Elvish Archdruid .
No Sol Ring ? This a ban in local meta?
If you happen to own them, some cards that you may want to think about: Tendershoot Dryad , Beast Within , Inspiring Call and Garruk, Primal Hunter . Yes, that means more cutting but they should be worth it in this deck.
I'd also add a Rogue's Passage in place of one Forest , just for some added punchthrough that is hard to remove.

Well if you really want to go infinite with SoH, the cheapest way to do so is with Sandsteppe Mastodon and Temur Sabertooth. The bolster puts 5 counters on SoH then you take another turn and bounce Mastodon to your hand with Sabertooth and replay Mastadon to bolster again. OR you can play Conjurer's Closet and flicker the Mastadon to put counters back on SoH.

Good day to you, good Pyrowolf,
I think you have some solid ideas. A lot of these cards seem like stand alone cards enhanced by Anafenza, which is always solid, but here are a couple cards that might go well with her +1/+1 counter love: Anafenza, Kin-Tree Spirit, because bolster is still solid, and Anafenza won't be weirded out at all by seeing her own ghost. Armament Corps, possibly. Avatar of the Resolute because why not? Crowned Ceratok, because all big guys like trample. Cruel Sadist, repeatable removal. Enduring Scalelord is mainly there for looks, but can be useful if your opponents lack flying. Juniper Order Ranger. Map the Wastes, for that mana ramp/bolster combo (but not a combo combo). Retribution of the Ancients, repeatable removal. Servant of the Scale, for when you want to make sweet, passionate love to counters. And I'd think he works real well with something like Sandsteppe Mastodon. Warden of the First Tree, one of my all-time favorite cards. Like Figure of Destiny, but not as creepy (or as good).
You should maybe try to utilize Anafenza's graveyard hate as well. Black loves to throw things in graveyards, and she would bounce them into exile. Standard discard effects might be nice, but try: Magister of Worth, although it would likely be condemnation if you've been exiling everything. Duress, nothing fancy, but a classic in my opinion. When you can utilize every usable part of your commander without having too much going on, you know you're heading in the right direction.
And here are some additional solid Abzan-colored cards and lands, too: Abzan Banner, it's in the name. Condemn. Command Tower, useful in any EDH deck except mono-colored. Duneblast, in theory, but it is a 7-drop :\ Beast Within, pretty slick instant-speed removal in green. Evolving Wilds. Farseek, multi-colored ramp that is unaffected by color identity. Golgari Rot Farm, solid if you're not trying to go bankrupt on the mana base. Korozda Guildmage, or similar mana sinks for all of that excessive mana you should have with how long you're enduring. Orzhov Basilica. Rampant Growth, solid, but just be looking for mana ramp. Sandsteppe Citadel, probably a good idea. Selesnya Sanctuary.
Pardon, but I think you could find some more useful/powerful cards than AEther Snap, Burst of Energy, and Burst of Strength. AEther Snap is pretty good, I feel like it'd be too counter-productive here.
Remember to keep an eye on draw cards, even stuff like Read the Bones can give you that needed bit of card advantage.
Lastly, your deck may be asking for quite a bit of time and effort to build up into a glorious threat. It would sure be a shame to see all of it go to waste when some plays Hour of Revelation or something like that. Board wipes are inevitable in EDH, but maybe try to find some remedy to that for this deck. Glaring Spotlight could maybe help a little.
I hope these are helpful, good luck!

I don't think you currently have a way to have infinite turns since Part the Waterveil exiles itself on resolution and Walk the Aeons requires sacrificing lands to buy back. Here are some ways to go infinite with Riku
Eternal Witness+Conjurer's Closet+Walk the Aeons
Cast Walk the aeons, end step Conjurers Closet targets Witness, Witness gets back Walk the Aeons, take extra turn, repeat.
Sage of Hours+Sandsteppe Mastodon+Roaring Primadox or Conjurers Closet
Put 5 counters from Mastodon on Sage of Hours, remove counters to take another turn, next turn upkeep return Mastodon and recast, repeat. Or end step Conjurers Closet target Mastodon and bolster Sage of Hours again, repeat.
The oldest infinite turns combo that's ever existed is expesive but efficient if you can afford it. Time Vault+Voltaic Key
Tap Time Vault, take extra turn, untap Time Vault with Key, repeat.
Other infinite combos you can do in Temur colors
Presence of Gond+Intruder Alarm for infinite tokens
Splinter Twin or Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker+Deceiver Exarch or Pestermite or Bounding Krasis or Zealous Conscripts for infinite copies or Combat Celebrant for infinite combats.
Ex. Put Splinter Twin on Pestermite, token copy of Pestermite untaps original Pestermite with Splinter Twin on it, tap again to make another copy, repeat
Squirrel Nest+Earthcraft+Goblin Bombardment for infinite damage
Make a squirrel, tap squirrel to untap land with Nest on it, and then sacrifice tokens for damage
Hive Mind+Summoner's Pact or Pact of Negation or Pact of the Titan
Cast Pact, then each opponent is forced to cast a pact, on upkeep if they are playing the color of the pact and are unable to pay the upkeep cost they die.
Hope this gets the brewing juices flowing!

If you do want to keep your current color fixing, try adding Hardened Scales as it is a budget vrsion of Doubling Season. Though a bit pricey, you can look at Archangel of Thune so that it can combo with Spike Feeder. Spells with the bolster mechanic are prevalent throughout the Tarkir series, so look for those like Honor's Reward, Echoes of the Kin Tree, or even creatures like Sandsteppe Mastodon.
