Deckling -

I dabbled in Magic after purchasing the 8th edition intro pack Sky Slam around the time that Mirrodin was release but lost interest when I didn't have anyone to play.

Ironically, I returned to MtG and started playing seriously during Scars of Mirrodin Block after playing the first Duels of the Planeswalkers game with a friend.

Shortly after I began attending FNM and found a LGS with an excellent atmosphere. Unfortunately the LGS closed and as a result I transitioned from standard to Commander. However, I have dabbled with Standard since then.
