why won't draft feature work for me on this site?

When I try a cube draft, after I've clicked "begin draft", it never begins.
When I try a solo draft, it lets me make one pick, and it all stops. I can't continue to the next pick.
When I join the draft lobby, the banner will only say there are no drafts available. Never get an invite.
When I try to host a draft, no one ever joins.

Probably IE. I have same problems, but I know its because I don't use Chrome or Firefox.
