What is «achieved position #» based on?

I was wondering what it meant when you see that a deck achieved position #x. What is it based on? On how many decks is it? I'm not talking about FNM positions but the site.

Decks are positioned by the number of upvotes that it received in the last 10 days. So if your deck had the 14th most upvotes in the past 10 days, you get position 14. The top 100 have it show up on their decks.
