Trade Binder still unviewable

Hey there,

I joined Tapped Out shortly before I upgraded my account (upgrading took place on May 23) and even though it has been 66 days since just that point in time my trade binder still says that "Your binder will not become public until you have been on the site for 60 days"

Any thoughts on why this may be?
