Inventory Import Error

I'm trying to CSV file to my inventory on the website I get the error: "CSV File: Invalid CSV. Error in line 1". Is there something I'm doing wrong or is the website having issues?

My current layout on the Tapped Out form is this:

Qty column - 1

Card column - 2

Set TLA column - 3

Set name column - 7

Language column - 4

Condition column - 5

Foil qty column -6

Foil column - Blank

Do I need something in the foil column? If so, what?
