I can't playtest my deck

I don't know why I can't. When I press the playtest button nothing gets displayed and I cannot press any of the buttons except the feedback button.

this happens to me pretty much every time as well, not sure why. Sometimes, if you refresh enough times, it will eventually work. Not always though. I feel your plight.
