Formatting Problems

I'm working on my Boros Legion deck's description, but I'm having random formatting problems. For instance, I can't make my image appear to save my life, and adding the double [bracket] Aurelia, the War Leader + Helm of the Host combo just flat out disappears (I tried it here and it disappeared for me too). Is this common? I got the combo code to work on my "Enhanced" Nobility deck no problem yesterday.

EDIT: Randomly the image showed up, but select combos aren't working at all still.

Mine, too. I just assumed the combo isn't loaded yet.
