Do feature tokens stack?

When submitting a feature token on a deck so it goes into the Deck Ad section. If you spend two tokens on your deck, will this increase the amount of likelihood that the deck will show at the top or will it just reset the 16 hour timer?

if i understand you correctly, both. as a "deck ad" your deck will appear twice as much.
