Dino Deck 3 Colors, need help trimming/etc

Hello all, I have just finished testing a deck and I'm looking for some feedback. I've noticed that I struggle early game, especially if I'm unlucky with land draws. I also think I could use more/better counter spell cards. I'll link my deck and I'd like to see your feedback. Thanks. Also, I've only been playing for 2 months so I'm a newbie.

Basically the play style I was aiming for is to ramp with my Channel Initiate, Otepec Huntmasters, and Kinjalli Callers. This will make my good dinos cheaper to cast and that way I can get big creatures by turn 5 hopefully. My deck is pretty weak in the first 2-4 turns because I usually avoid defending if possible (to keep these mana reduction cards alive).
