I hear alot of talk from people at my LGS about going to other cities such as Detroit, DC, Philly, and Columbus for high level competitions, but how many of you are coming to my town for the latest Modern Gran Prix?
I've lived outside of Pitt almost my entire life and know the ins and outs, dos and donts, and certainly where to get a good bite or drink. I can certainly recommend some sights or places to visit within walking distance of the host building.
The David L Lawrence convention center is a great spot on the river, and should easily house all of the shenanigans. I wont be participating in the modern main event, but i will definitely be down at some point to play Sealed.
Nice! Glad to hear its capped out. I'd really like to get one of the PArticipation matts, just cause im from the City here. What are yinz (local slang) running in the main event?

I'm in the Modern event. My friend tried to register yesterday but the registration cap was hit. Looks like 2500 people in the Modern tournament alone. Gonna be busyyyy.
