Steal and Sacrifice deck (Want to bring it to locals)

Here is the deck. I really enjoy this type of archetype, and I'd like to bring this to my local tournament while keeping it under 100$.
Do you guys/gals have any advice? What cards should I add/remove while keeping the theme?
