Refining Tooth and Nail

With my infect deck in a sad state at the moment, I wanted to take some time to try and refine another mostly finished deck Ive had lying around, Tooth and Nail. I took what I had and Ive been replacing odds and ends. The deck itself is based around a devotion deck to ramp quickly, with support from creatures on the board so it doesnt fold to attackers too quickly. My sideboard has 4 slots filled but I could use a great deal of help deciding on how to fill the remaining 11 slots. Any advice is appreciated, thanks in advance
