I'm a total noob when it comes to the mechanics of MTG, and I was hoping anyone could help me with a deck I was building.

It's basically a red/black artifact deck with a minor madness theme. As I said, I'm pretty new so any advice in helping it run in a more consistent way would be greatly appreciated!
