Anyone want to help with my League Deck?

[My League Deck]
This is my deck for a local magic league. Each player started with 6 packs, and gets 1 more pack per week for 9 more weeks. Right now the minimum deck size is 40 cards, it becomes 60 cards later on.
Right now I'm using 9 packs. My whole league collection is in the maybeboard, and the sideboard has lots of cards that could be in the deck (you can sideboard any number of cards between matches, even switch whole decks).
The metagame in the league is heavy on green+red, with annoying cards like, Garruk, Chandra's outrage, fireballs, and act of treason (+ flings, nasty combo).
White and Blue are next most common, but there are few decks with counterspells, and hardly any black decks. I want to use blue, but have few counterspells and no scrying cards.
I started out with two decks, G/R and U/W, which I alternated depending on matchups.
Then I went to R/W to use all my planeswalkers, and as blue fliers had become less useful in later weeks.
Then this week, I just tried switching to W/G/R, so I could use the primeval titan, but still use my 2 chandra's and Ajani. I haven't played it against opponents much yet though, but playing out sample hands, it seems to do well, but I'm not 'positive' going tri-color to use all the planeswalkers is the right move. The games can be decided early at times, but chandra can also really help especially since my direct damage is low otherwise.
So if anyone wants to try to make a better deck out of my league collection, or has suggestions, I'd be happy to hear!
No it's not cheating :p you can get all the advice you want, the only thing that is cheating is using cards that aren't in your league collection.

If it's a game you created, right-click their name over on the side where it says who's in the room. otherwise, ask the person who created the room to kick them.
