Basically want a good aggro sliver deck with things that allow this deck to flourish in multiplayer...
No card restrictions so any card ideas are welcomed... thanks!

Sorry, had to step out to take the wife to work, basically it's abzan aggro with some poison.

for sliver aggro you want 12 (or 16, you said you dont have format restrictions) lords, thats all of them. then flying, mana, vigilance, first strike.
hivelords to seal the deal. 1 is enough if you play with slivercycling.
poisonous and plated and flanking are very nice 1drops.
4 hives, 4 caverns, 4 mutavaults and 4 aether vials. make sure that the other lands are all fitting for sedge sliver if you play him (do it), that means swamps/X as shocks and probalbly an urborg to fix the 12 non swamp lands
abrupt decay and harmonic sliver for SB.
