Vampiric buff deck

I am looking to remake a vampire deck that I played before rotation knocked out Dark Ascension, Innistrad, Avacyn Restored and M13. I have a list written down of cards I want to use, creaturewise, but want to get a fine tuned deck together. Looking to go aggro with the deck. Just need a bit of help getting the rihht combination together. Aiming to only use vampires that get +1/+1 each time they hit my opponent. Vampiric Buff Reborn(Deck Help)
