non FOTM budget fillers needed

Hey guys,
Had some really good feedback and suggestions to help mould this deck together, just got a few empty slots left and need some advice on budget fillers to make the deck playable. (Its pretty easy to go and find 20-30 playable cards myself, all with big price tags)
Also need some advice on how my mana is set up, always hard to set up 3 colour lands without using tapped lands.
