Nicol Bolas Deck

I'm fairly new to this game and am looking for an interesting deck to play. I am looking for a deck that might revolve around Nicol Bolas, the planeswalker. Any help would be appreciated.

This may prove to be difficult because of his high mana cost, and the land base may also cost you 200-300 dollars.

200-300 dollars if you want to make it competitive and use actual cards. If you just want to play online (using Cockatrice or similar), you're probably fine. :P

Also it really depends on which format you want to make it for. Casual, Modern, Legacy or even Vintage?

RussischerZar OikeaHetki I play kitchen table games with no ban lists or restrictions so really anything goes. Money wise, I wanted to keep it around $100ish.

kk then it's easy. You're gonna focus on blue and using tap lands and evolving wilds/terramorphic to fix your deck while playing four copies of ponder, preordain and brainstorm.
