New player, help with sealed deck

Hi all, new MTG player here. I'm somewhat familiar with deck building games, but a lot of the subtleties of MTG are lost on me so far. I'm starting to get into a local group, and have just entered into a casual 5 pack/40+ card sealed deck tournament with no prize (just for fun). A lot of the other players are significantly more experienced than I am, so I don't feel bad about going online for help assembling my deck and asking for some advice on how to play it.

I'm considering playing either Green Blue White, or Green Blue Red, but I'm having a lot of trouble getting down to ~23 cards with either. I'm open to going with just 2 colors, of course.

Some clear uses of Tamiyo's Journal (Pious Evangel, Graf Mole), and I could see Loam Dryad and Aim High as being a nasty surprise. Ulrich's Kindred looks amazing with other werewolves, but I could also see myself having enough mana ramp to get some high-cost angels onto the field pretty early.

Does Geistblast work with Burn From Within?
