Need some feedback, suggestions, and help!

I made a lot of card changes. I got everything down to where I want it to be. There is one tiny flaw, and that's I want it to run a bit more better. I know that something can be tweaked, but I just don't quite know what it is. Anybody care to help me out with my dilemma? The Secrets of the Mimeoplasm

The flaw is that it's not running as great as I'd like it to. I feel that there is more that can be done. It looks to me that there can be a bit more tweaking that can be done.
