i need help with this deck

this is the deck in trying to make: http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/laughing-coffins-guild/ . its basically using alesha, who smiles at death to bring back creatures with enter the battle field abilities and creatures with raid abilities from my grave yard. i know for a fact that this deck needs work, so if you would help me i thank you.
