Help with BFZ Standard Grixis Control

Im trying to fine tune this deck before gameday cause i definately want to use it. I appreciate any feedback i get. I also need alot of help with the Side Board cause im not sure where to be on it. This wil be my first foray into competitive standard. Than you all for your time.
