Help With a Standard Abzan Deck

Lately I've been trying to follow the meta for standard, so I decided to make an Abzan deck.

The premise of this deck is to give creatures counters and then give them abilities based on the counters they have. The trick is to keep small creatures relevant in the later game, which obviates the need for higher-costing creatures. It's sort of a midrange/aggro-control type deal.

Any suggestions?
