Help with a Modern Dredge/Pox/Loam

I'm trying to build a Modern deck, and I've got a pretty good idea of how I want to go about it without breaking the bank. Thing is, I need to get some feedback because:

A) It's too static (too many 4-ofs)B) The mana base is something I have no idea where to even start (Modern mana basing just does not come naturally to me)

There are certain budgetary restrictions- I can't get a lot of shock lands at once. I already have 4 Bloodstained Mires and 2 Bloodcrypt. Tarmogoyfs are right out. Bloodghasts and Dredgevine I'm waiting on for MM2.
