[standard] esper control feedback

im asking help for feedback on an esper control deck i just completed that i plan to use tonight(in about 6hours) at my LGS. ive got a feeling there will be a bunch of aggro decks(probably RW), some temurge, a control deck or two, and the random artifact or burn and less popular decks to compete against. i have lots of experience against bant company and the less popular decks. but versus temurge and control, im inexperienced. ive got a few hours left to hear what you folks have got to say about tweaking anything in my main and sideboard, maybe trade in some cards for stuff that are really important that i dont have(gearhulks), do i need more card draw, do i need more board clears, should i sideboard out my reality smashers in game2 to throw opponent off, etc. lay it on me, dudes and dudettes!!! i want your strategy, thoughts, and concerns about what i've got and what i should tweak/do!!
ALSO, im asking for help in finding a fluid mana base.

Why are you running 31 lands? That's waaaaaaaaaaaay too many. Run 26 at absolute most.
