b/w/u deck help.

What's up everyone,Im trying to get a deck running that is fast or moderately fast and can throw out control and shut down aggro decks. Any suggestions are welcome and greatly appreciated. I would like to either run a Dimir deck with a splash of white or an Orzhov deck with a splash of Dimir.
