Budget Improvement for Two Decks

Hey everyone!

I started Magic a few weeks before Journey Into Nyx was released. I happened to buy some pretty cheap older cards from friends over the past week to start to start getting into a more broad Casual perspective of the game and dip myself a little into the Modern scene.

I decided to go for a Selesnya Token Deck and a Jeskai Tempo Deck based on the majority of the cards I already have.

Any help would be highly appreciated!
