Ghost council bleeder deck

im trying to create an edh deck that is stricktly bleeder cards and useing ghost council as my commander, i know the typical cards like sanguin bond, soulf of the faultless and what not but i cant seem to put the deck together...i dont know what should be my "win condition" or what i should run the deck around...if anyone could give me card ideas for what i should and should not add to the deck i would greatly appreciate it...this is my first edh deck and i just wanna be able to play with my friends and have fun so yea if you anyone could help me with card ideas and win conditions id greaaaaaaatly appreciate it....thank you!!!!!!
