U/R Artifacts (yes you read that right)

So with the release of Magic Origins and the interesting new U/R artifact cards in the set I decided to sit down and craft a U/R artifact Commander deck. One of the reasons behind this is because I love artifact decks, but Esper is generally hated out, especially if you want to run a good commander. The deck is fairly casual and I'm not looking to make it super competitive, but if anyone has any suggestions to tune the list to make it run better I'm all for it. One thing to note though: please read the deck description!
