Tapped's Casual/Comp Meter

What does the Casual/Comp meter look for when it determines the levels of a deck?

My decks are close to accurate when compared to each other but I'd like to know:

Mizzix's Mania: 85% - This is my most competitive EDH deck based around controlling the game from turn 4 on.

Mikaeus' Martyrs: 69% - This is 2nd place in comp level. It should be ready to swing for infinite by turn 6.

Jhoira's Dystopia: 67% - This thing is 4th. It's a battlecruiser with MLD to make sure my spells land.

Consume, by Phenax: 23% - This deck is the weakest of the decks I've posted so far. Designed to win with an inherently weak and reversible win condition.

Feldon's Robotic Army: 0% This one throws me off, it's a pretty competitive deck, probably 3rd pushing 2nd in this list. It has Kiki combos and cheats out gigantic threats by turn 4, yet it's 0%.

Are your EDH decks assigned accurately? What do you think is used to determine Comp level?

the meter isn't fully functional atm. I'd advise ignoring it for now.

It only assesses the casual competitive meter based on mana cost. At least, that is the pattern I am seeing right now. So I would ignore it for the moment.

It's a bit more complicated than that as far as I can tell. In general, it seems to filter for cards that in the deck that are in decks with the "competitive" hub in whatever category, and then using overlap, along with curve, sideboard, etc

The scale doesn't seem to be working yet so I'd just ignore it. I have a marath deck that's marath and 99 basics which is listed as 58% competitive. That makes it more competitive than the actual marath list I have posted.
