Need some ideas to make this Jhoira better

Jhoira's Time Quake, this is a mix of budget and expensive cards I have. I know I lack the proper manabase, but I wanted to build a Jhoira that could both be competitive and survive at ordinary EDH.

I am out of ideas, how can I make her better? Both budget and non-budget.

This is a Jhoira deck with a mishmash of budget cards and a few non-budget bombs sprinkled it... let me know what you think.

I have won five out of six games with this deck, but it is definitely not budget. Still, you might find some inspiration in the deck list.
