Help with Competitve Kaalia Deck

Looking for any feedback or comments regarding my Kaalia EDH deck. I was trying to make it semi competitive and played it about 15-20 times and found some gaping holes. I have made some changes since then:

Added some more disruption + Land Fetch + Mana Ramp

Please let me know anything im missing or why its not doing well. Its suppose to be fast but i find my self slow playing this deck..
