Help me cut some cards please?

In the process of building around Varina, Lich Queen

I'm relatively new to building decks and I've cut alot of cards already and I'm just really stuck at this point.

Varina, The Baddest Lich in the Game. is the deck list.

I'm going for a zombie tribal/life drain/aristocrats style deck.

I know some lands need to go and some creatures and other things as well.

Could someone chat with me or maybe just look the deck over and see what works and what could be cut? Also let me know if there are some other good cards to include that i didnt think about like some good utility lands or anything else.
