First Ever EDH Deck need help

Hey All!
I'm relatively new to this game (only started playing when Ixalan released) and have decided to give commander a go and have since created my first deck with the help of a friend and some other decks I have made one and I am looking for even more feedback, to make sure the deck I make is good.
I chose to make a Gishath deck as 1. His ability is really cool 2. Dino's are really cool 3. I already have a Gishath
I'm trying to keep it relatively budget, with most cards around 2$ or under, the exceptions being some cards I already have, such as The Immortal Sun
